  • If you like waiting on the phone for hours to talk to a representative because your points disappeared from your account when you tried to claim them, this is the travel agency for you! After trying to get to the right person on my 4th attempt, I had to listen to a sales pitch about "a new deal"! REALLY!!! And when I was transferred to the booking department they couldn't help me and said they will call me back in 30 minutes. I'm not expecting anyone to call me back. This is probably standard practice for this company. Shame on you, Sears.
