  • Telephoned my order for Ozzy a couple days before the Saturday signing event and paid by credit card. Sales person was cordial and said I could pick up my book beginning anytime Sunday. When I travelled 20 miles to the store on Sunday they said they could not give me my book because they still hadn't processed them? I asked what "processed" meant and they couldn't answer and said they had a lot more people at the event on Saturday then expected. I told them that does not answer my question. I asked to see the manager. The manager simply said sorry, we can't give you your book. I asked if they had the books in the store. He said yes. I said you have my money since I paid by credit card right? Again he said yes. I told the manager I drove over 20 miles based on the fact that I was told by his coworker that I could pick up my book on Sunday. He was emotionless, shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry, next time call before you come down"! I still don't understand this at all. It simply makes no sense. Will never purchase from this bookstore again.
