  • Worst internet service provider I've ever used. I spend most of my time after work waiting for the Internet connection to come back up. And even when the Internet is working, it may go down at any time ranging from 10 minutes to 2 hours. If their customer service does not hang up on you, they will do nothing to help you resolve your problem. If you don't want to waste your money for unreliable Internet, I would advise you to avoid their services.
