  • My AC died in the middle of a Las Vegas summer (omg)I initially had two different companies come look at it before this company but I did not have a great feeling about them at all. Then a friend referred me to Joe Carillo at Polar Air. Joe is thorough with all of your options and he explains everything really well so you know you aren't being swindled. He's not a pushy salesman and is very honest and nice. I chose a system and financed through one of their companies and a day later I changed my mind on the system I wanted and they were totally accommodating to my needs. They came out to my house so I could resign everything and still kept the original install date because it was so hot outside. As an added bonus, when you buy a Lennox AC system from them they give you a free cruise for two to a destination of your choice you just pay tax! What a bonus!
