  • WARNING!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I brought my teacup Pomeranian to be groomed over a year ago and asked for a little trim. Being the "professionals" that they claim to be, they should know that you DO NOT shave a Pomeranian!!!! When I went to pick him up, they had shaved him to the bone! I was in total shock. I left in tears. When I got home I called to complain and they hung up on me!!! Then my boyfriend called two more times and they hung up on him as well!!! I couldn't believe it. It has been over a year and my poor baby's hair has never grown back. The vet said it's a form of razor burn and they hair will most likely never grow back. The lack of knowledge and the lack of concern they had is disgusting! To hang up on a customer is unprofessional and rude. If I had time, I would stand outside their door with a picket sign and my poor little shaved Pomeranian warning people not to go in! Please take my advice and do not go there! Take them to the groomers down the street at Siena Animal Hospital.
