  • I hate that there are 3 other reviews sharing how bad the service was and yet the are hidden so people can not get an informed idea of service here. I will break my review into two parts. 1. Actual quality of the job adn 2. Customer service 1.The quality of the job was not great...it was bad. I had to go back a second time to get a few things fixed. Now, the second visit the a different dentist there was much better and she was able to correct a few issues I had. 2. The customer service excluding the second dentist I had was terrible. Very unprofessional. I have two insurances that were suppose to pick up my dental works and only one was applied. After calling many times to get this information updated and promised calls before the end of the business day there was still no resolution. Litterally 2 weeks went by and I had to make a payment for a larger amount because they couldnt make a simple phone call. Never was I kept in the loop, they would say 'sorry we will call you before the end of the day' and no calls were ever made. The staff was very unprofessional and rude at times. Yelp, please allow THIS review to display so others don't experience the nightmare I had to go through.
