I have to say that the staff is very friendly and helpful- and sometimes it's a bit "different" when 2-3 people simultaneously shout out "Welcome to Wells Fargo" but hey a warm greeting is always welcome.
What is annoying is the looonnggg wait just to complete a simple transaction. It's not the tellers fault, but how the system is designed. It seems every transaction, including a deposit is delayed for the "need teller assistance".
So Wells Fargo, could you maybe have a bit more confidence in the people you hire or have a better training program so your customers aren't waiting forever for a simple transaction??
