Hey, what a place! They saved the day for me! I traveled to Las Vegas from northern California with my wife and two children to participate in the funeral of our niece who died unexpectedly at the hands of a doctor after she successfully gave birth to twins. It was Friday morning when we awoke in the hotel. Travel money was tight! We had to check out at 11 and meet family at the church. I get to the car only to find it wouldn't crank. AAA came and verified it was the starter and not the battery. Carlos of AAA arrived to tow the car but was not informed it was on the 4th floor of the parking garage. His tow truck couldn't work in the tight space, so he had to push the car, hop in and let gravity deliver it down to street level. He knew how desperate I was. He picked NAVAR auto Repair. He called them and explained my situation. He spoke for me, Spanish and English. I knew only a little Spanish. The guys at NAVAR verified the problem and called for a starter to be delivered. I was praying it wouldn't break me and that I could get back to the hotel before my family would have to leave. They made me feel like I was in great hands. Within an hour, a man came running into the shop with a box containing a starter. He, said, " I have the starter"! I almost teared up. They got me out of there in time to get back to the hotel for my family. We saw a homeless man with a sign. My daughter rolled down the window and gave him $3. THANK YOU CARLOS and THANK YOU guys at NAVAR!!! GOD BLESS YOU!
