rev:text	We set an appt for Saturday 12-1. They didn't come. We reset twitch them for 3-4 on Saturday. Didn't come again. I made a complaint about waiting the whole day and they contacted me apologizing and assuring me if I rescheduled they would come. So I set it for Sunday 12-1. Once again, nobody came, no call saying running late... Nothing! Wasted weekend for their "convenient at home service.
