| - If I could honestly give them lower than one star, I would. I have had my car for 6 months from them and all my headaches are coming from them.
1. Being told I would have basic maintenance coverage for three years. Apparently only with them, because when I went to another dealership, that was a no go for an oil change.
2. Being told that there are zaktek machines in Tempe that I could go to when I need to reapply it. Well, I've been googling and I can't find one. Also have come to see that apparently that it's not that good anyway, but I'm paying for it anyway. Thanks service department for telling me to just google it because that couldn't possibly be a frequently asked question.
3. Being told that I could get my apr lowered if I stopped in to discuss it with them since they were trying so hard to email me with information. Well, they said they put in my email wrong and yet I'm getting bell honda emails just fine. This amazing sale was only available last Friday on 3/16/18 and Saturday would have been too late! Today I got a message about wanting to stop in today (3/20/18), but I thought this special deal was already over? Shady and dishonest.
So, I'm pretty sure I'm paying for two packages that I'll never get to use unless I take a trek over to Bell Honda to get it done, a place that is notoriously known for doing shoddy repair work if you read all the reviews here.
At this point, the only way I would remotely consider raising my review with them is having me *not* pay for these packages that I can't seem to use, but since that cuts into their bottom line, I highly doubt that they will. So, did they have the car that I wanted? Yes. Am I paying for it? In more ways than one.
Stay away from this place and if I get a canned message to call someone about it, what offer am I going to get? A gas card that I have to drive over to pick up? No thanks.
