rev:text	I wonder if some of these reviews are written by the busiiness. I initially went to the other location (not the one on Tatum) and I had a wonderful experience. I saw this one, when I happened to be in the parking lot for something else. They have had thier 'Grand Opening' sign up for several weeks now. The first visit was ok and for the money I would not complain at all. The second visit, the front desk gentleman recognized me, remembered exactly what I had the last time (hour of reflexology) and he asked if I wanted the same or a full body massage. I hesitated so he offered, half reflexology and half body massage, which I opted for. When it was over, I very politely explained that it really was the same thing. Some work on feet, a touch on the legs through the blanket (towel) and work on the back. He disagreed with me quite emphatically, not checking with the therapist to assure that he understood what I had requested and had given me that. A full body massage is NOT just the back...that is a 'back massage'. It cost $60, instead of $35 and it is was definitely not worth it. Strange, how foolish some business people are. Had he profestsionally acknowledged the issue and offered not to charge me the extra, I would have payed it anyway and continued on as a customer (better educated customer). We both stayed as polite as possible, but I would not go back. I will suggest that if you go, you stick to the 'reflexology' only at this location anyway. There are plenty of other similar businesses that I think might be better.
