  • Well, I finally found my favorite BBQ in Vegas. I love you Rolling smoke. You guys will always have a special place in my heart but brisket is my true love and Sin City does it the best. They cut me the point, just the way I like it. The perfect fat/meat cut! The sides are perfect size so I can try a variety of them. I went by myself and got everything I wanted for only $20 bucks. Well done on the price point guys! The service was awesome as well! The energy the 2 girls in the front put out make the place an even better experience. The owner is always there from the sound of it and after speaking with him about his passion it just made for a perfect meal. I'm stuffed!!!
