  • We went to this store because it was close to our house and they sell natural balance. I will never be going back there again! The owner/manager was rude, snippy, cut us off and talked really fast. She seemed offended by our questions and was practically rushing us out the door. When I brought up the natural balance venison recalls she looked at me like I had two heads. Just a really snotty person (don't know her name; she's blond). Not welcoming at all. I'm very disappointed! Edited to add: she also told us she won't take natural balance coupons!!
