  • Played table games here this evening. Dealers and floor people were extremely rude. Once you sit at a table, the dealers just give you this disgusting and annoying look. Floor person told me to get out the table for sitting down for a couple of mins because I wasn't playing. I've never heard of that because I used to do it all of the time.. I sit on the table with my friends playing. I guess in a way it's understandable if someone else wanted to play and take my seat. No one was there though and at least tell me in a nice way. I see other people do it and I didnt see other floor people tell them to leave. What an asshole. I was thinking of playing at that table anyways but the floor person gave me a bad vibe once he told me to leave and the dealer looked at me up and down. No type of greeting like, hello, or welcome, goodluck, etc when you went to her table. I went to a different table to play and again the dealer gave me a look like she hated her job so much. I'm telling my friends like omg what's wrong with their employees. Why do most of them act like they are better than everyone. Probably the worst casino I've ever came to go gamble. I'd prefer other casinos in Arizona unlike here at Mckellips because us customers come for the service not just to win money.. Remember that. We come to have fun and enjoy our visit here. There are other ways to talk to guests. Dont just tell them hey miss get out of the table if youre not playing. Geez such an insult and teach your dealers how to smile and greet. It would help. Most of them are just stuck up. I mean, I understand this casino is in Scottsdale area where it's a high class city however, employees have no rights to act rude to customers as if we were trash to them or give looks as if they were Kings and Queens acting like they own the casino. Like I wasn't supposed to play there or come there to begin with. Sorry for coming next time we wont if thats how we are treated. If you want to enjoy as you gamble please go some other casino avoid this one. At least other places will greet me and treat me like an actual customer not a dog who walks around lost at a junk yard or something. Thats how I felt this entire evening. I lost money which isnt a big deal but being treated horribly is what made my night really bad.
