  • I was put up in this hotel for the evening by United Airlines because my flight had been cancelled. I couldn't have been more pleased. They seemed professional over the phone, they accepted my room AND dinner voucher which I was VERY pleased with. The room was clean and elegant and the bed was extremely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the fluffy duvet. The staff was incredibly kind and willing to help. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel.
