rev:text	I have been to lunch at the brio several times and is usually good. Not great but good. My wife and I took another couple to dinner this last Sunday night. We sat down about 7pm. We were sat at a table for 6 people. The wait staff did not remove the extra settings and we finally asked them to take them away. We were given lunch menus and had to ask for dinner menus. The bread came and it was cold and hard and the breadstick like items were soggy. My friend tried to order a pale style beer, didn't have one, ordered a lager, didn't have one so he got a Sam Adams. I ordered a whiskey sour, i couldn't taste the whiskey, drank it ordered another one and it was totally different than the first one, neither of them had a cherry. They told us when we first sat down that there were only 4 lobster bisque soups left, my friend said he would take one, a minute later they brought us two and we still didn't even have the dinner menus, they took them away and gave them to another table which I thought was against health code. We asked for more bread and got the same as before. I ordered the shrimp venuto (or similar) and it when I came it was obvious it sat under the hear lamp for some time. I thought it was terrible and actually spit out a few bites and didn't finish it. Our friends pasta dishes also looked like they sat under a heat lamp for a while and no one finished their meals or even asked for a to go box, that's how bad the food was. Our waters were not filled unless asked. All in all a very bad dining experience, so bad I felt compelled to yelp. Hopefully we just experience an off night. But with so many other dining venue to solicit, we will not be going back to the Brio.
