  • Horrible service from the missing hostess to the unavailable server to the b*tch of a manager. Ordered a burger. Took 30 minutes to get it and then it came out wrong. No apology, no assistance. They wouldn't even leave me the fries to munch on. Worst pub experience I've EVER had!!! Went to enjoy the Euro, left completely disappointed and will not return. Contacting the home office of this chain...
