  • This place, specifically the front desk people that work there are TERRIBLE. I have never in my life had such a bad experience as with SimonMed. The place should be shut down. After waiting 1 1/2 hours in a small waiting room I went to inquire what was going on. There were 14 other people also waiting. I was informed that it would take another 1/2 hour before they could do the scan I needed. a 2 hour wait, REALLY! The front desk staff, all 4 of them were unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude, uncaring, ignorant, etc, etc, etc, etc. There are not enough words to describe the ineptness of these people. I wish I had read all the other yelp reviews before I booked my appointment there! They have so many horrible reviews, I now know that my experience was not a fluke, its the way they do business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND WASTE OF TIME.
