  • Excellent customer service!! I have been taking my cars to Good Guys for about 5 years now. I take my wife's car there for regular oil changes and they always check my tire pressure and fluid levels, and never try to sell me something I don't need. These guys are "old school" when it comes to customer satisfaction and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and polite. Last week when the temperature reached 112 degrees, the A/C in my wife's car stopped blowing cold air. I called Good Guys and Tommy (the owner) answered the phone. I explained the problem and he told me they were really busy but to bring the car in anyway. To sum it up, I was out of there in less than an hour with very cold air conditioning! I was charged a very reasonable price, and more importantly, my wife is very happy, which keeps me out of the dog house. Keep up the excellent customer service Good Guys!!!!!
