CenturyLink is the worst! Waited 2 weeks for service activation, still never got. On top of that had to pay a large deposit. Decided to cancel & switched to Cox. Asked for my refund & still am 3 weeks into not receiving it. People are so unprofessional & do not know what they are doing. Customer service reps on phone have no clue on what's going on nor how to fix things. If u want excellence in bad service these are you're guys! Wish I could've put no stars.
