  • Ruined the surprise for my wife's birthday.  When I called to make the reservation,  I specifically told Courtney that this was a surprise.  I asked that my wife not get the usual 'reminder call' and provided my phone number for contact. Well the plan did not work. They called her and ruined the surprise.  I planned a special day for this milestone birthday.  I pointed out the error when my wife was in for her massage.  No attempt was made to remedy the situation. Good thing they had nothing to do with  any other plans for the day.    I am still livid. You lost more than one customer.  There are plenty of paces to get a good massage, it is service that keeps customers.
