  • I love my local Nordstrom! The department I visit most is the shoes. They have the best customer service. I always get greeted right away. They are really knowledgeable and always steer me to attractive, comfortable shoes that I can wear for over 8 hours a day. Today I visited with a particular problem. I saw some boots online but my size wasn't available. They were able to track down a pair in a New York store and have it shipped to me. This is the 3rd time in the past 18 months that they have been able to track down the shoes that I want so badly! They have never let me down! I'm so excited for my new boots to get here!
