Living Homes Management as well as Property Management have been anything but considerate of issues of residents and degrading of residents on a personal level. I have never felt more disrespected as a customer of any company or a resident of a community before.
I have dealt with Monica multiple times where she has lied to Clay Norrick about illegal entering into my apartment without my permission where he has had to go back on his statement.
"I did speak to Monica again regarding your concerns, and you are correct that Damion did re-enter your apartment on a different day than when permission to enter was granted."
stated in an email after he said "I can assure you that this was not the case."
I was also misinformed about an odor that I reported about the smell of rotting urine and personal hygiene coming from the apartment next door. Monica told me it was "smoke" (which smells nothing like urine) when later I found out that the individual was evicted for hygiene and bed bug infestation that was the true cause of the odor.
After requesting multiple times to have preventative treatment done on my apartment I was given the run around about how it was not necessary and both Monica and Clay stated that my complaint was not a legitimate claim and they "legally" did not have to inform me of what was found. It wasn't until later when I insisted on treatment that Monica even contacted pest control to come out.
I feel intimidated by management when trying to address any issues and that should not be the case especially in a residential community. Clay, as the regional Manager, should not be communicating to residents the way he has with me and should be fired in my opinion for the emails that were sent to me accusing me of falsifying complaints in order to get out of my lease without looking into the issue at all.
