  • Uhg.. Well used them once, got a guy named Owen who was great. Super nice, did a great job. So naturally I called them back the next day to get the car to the shop. I was quoted an hour and a half wait time. Ok I can schedule my appointment to drop off my car around that. Nope, 2 hours roll by, no call no nothing. Call them back, no one's even been dispatched and they tell me it'll be another 45 minutes at the minimum. Nope, cancel the tow, I won't be doing business with you again.
