  • I love Penn Brewery! If you are a lover of German foods and beers then you will love it too! The brewery is in a cool historic building filled with long wooden tables and a window where you can see the beer being made. Totally great photo op right when you get there with the old light up sign outside! I highly recommend getting the butcher plate appetizer, it's a little pricey but totally worth it. My other food recommendations are the potato pancakes and pierogies! Just order them, you will not be sorry. As for drinks, I love the Penn Weizen but if you're not sure what to get or want to try a bunch get the sampler! With the beer sampler they give you really good size pours and it's a pretty good price. Also if you are considering trying Penn Brewery, always check Groupon first! I was able to get a really good deal on their amazing food with a Groupon. Penn Brewery is a great place to stop for apps, dinner, drinks or all 3!
