These reviews HAVE to be paid for. I really tried to give cherry a chance. I booked an hour and a half fill on Dec 9; I get there and my appt is NOT with the artist I booked with and it's only an hour! They never mentioned any of this to me. Now today, I finished my fill and I'm once again shortened 30 minutes. I was annoyed so I paid, went home and gave them a call and the girl who answered (I think her name was Lyndsey) said they did me a FAVOR and squeezed me in because someone needed to be seen at 3:30. (My appt was supposed to be from 2:30-4:00pm) So now certain clients have seniority and the amount of time I paid for isn't valued? Not mentioning this to me twice in a row is unprofessional and what are they going to do about it? Nothing.
