I was looking for a quality used vehicle and thought I found 'The One' online with Town & Country Ford.. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle (Monday, 4/16/18 4:30pm)... I drive 30 minutes across town in afternoon traffic to arrive at my scheduled appointment on time, only to be told as I entered the showroom that the vehicle had been sold that morning..... I thanked the gentleman that greeted me to share this information and just walked out... The sad part was that there was another used vehicle in their inventory online that peaked my interest. But after that show of unprofessional business standards - I just rather not even deal with this business. If you are looking for a vehicle I will not recommend Town Country & Ford based on my brief experience with them. Although this company extends a courtesy to potential buyers by 'holding' vehicles of interest for them...I would imagine that Town and Country Ford would extend that same professional courtesy by using the phone number and/or email address provided to schedule the appointment, to inform the potential buyer if the vehicle of interest is sold PRIOR to the agreed upon scheduled appointment...
