  • This rating is for the geek squad. Unfortunately not great customer service, I went to the geek squad counter to send my lens in for repair. I waited in line and then was asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't know I needed. The lady behind me in line did have an appointment which was for 10 mins after the current time. It was 3:50p and her apt was for 4p. The attendant scheduled me for an appointment for their next avail appointment which was 4:30. I stood and waited while the lady behind me got done with her appointment quickly and then I had to wait to see if the 4:15p appointment would be a no show. At 4:25 they said I could now be seen since the 4:15 apt hadn't arrived. My transaction took less than 5 mins and all the while the attendant was telling me how lucky I was that the 4:15 didn't show. It took me 40 mins to get a 3 min transaction done :( All thru this there were three people behind the counter doing paperwork or something, with only one person working appointments I guess :( such a bummer.
