  • I had to fly in to Cleveland for an extended business trip and my company set me up with this place. They had a lot of nice cars to chose from for our rental level but the people who worked here were less than professional. I was left to pick a car and after my 3rd choice they finally let me leave the lot (still in a car that was above our rental level lol). I was told incorrect information by 2 different employees but maybe they were new? I'd give more stars if this company was more considerate of my time. No one wants to spend all day looking at rental cars.
