  • Disappointing to say the least I will talk about the good and bad. Good: the room was clean. Amenities were nice. Good size rooms. Bad: no customer service. Ignored us when we were bringing in groceries didn't even offer to push the elevator button for us. Mind you both of our hands were full of groceries. 2 people walked by and made eye contact. Bad. The bathroom tub would not drain. Disgusting. We are owners and they still tried to make us go to a meeeting. Seriously we already paid and we're content with what we had. When we signed in they told my in laws we get a free breakfast and a gift card for staying. Never informed us of a meeting about updgrading. THEN I get woken up as 7am to try and go to this meeting so we can get our "free stuff" no thank you. I am on my vacation and would like to sleep in till nine. Apparently not. On Top of that I contacted them to make a formal complaint and I sat on the phone for 10 minutes before I hung up. We are now considering to sell this timeshare so if anyone is interested please feel free to contact me.
