Service is pretty good here and there is a good selection of sushi. I also saw fried oysters, mussels and crab legs. I think they also have a ramen/noodle station and a hand roll station (limit 2 per person per order). While the sushi selection was good, and they also had nigiri, the fish wasn't very fresh, especially the tuna. The rolls tasted like ones that you can buy at Costco or smiths which is unfortunate. They also tended to put a lot of cream cheese in their some of their rolls. I did enjoy the salmon nigiri and eel nigiri. My bf ate about 4 plates of their crab legs. I was surprised that they had glass noodles and Kim chi, but both weren't very good.
They also have a very small selection of desserts and I thought drinks would be included but soft drinks are $1.75 extra. The servers are really good at refilling your drinks.
The place does get packed.... we arrive at 6 and by 7, it was completely full. Dinner pricing was $28.95 which is on the expensive side considering AYCE sushi spots offer a better selection and better quality. Also, with so many buffet options on the strip (and off strip), I probably won't be back.
