| - One of the many sushi burrito spots in the southwest on Rainbow Blvd. Their selection isn't as vast as others, but the quality seemed better than average. Tuna didn't have sinew running through the meat like the scraps that some of their competitors use. I got a regular, build your own bowl with ahi tuna, yellowtail, brown rice, garlic ponzu, yuzu ponzu, cucumbers, red onions, cilantro, furikake, and ikura. Not bad, although I'm not a fan of the julienned cuts of cucumbers. I would have preferred smaller pieces.
They do offer more cooked items like beef sukiyaki, chicken karaage, soft shell cab, and grilled chicken available for burritos.
