Not the most friendly staff especially when you go back in to fix a chip on gel nails under a week of getting them done. They don't guarantee their product, you have to pay for a touch up. On another occasion, after giving them the benefit of the doubt, my nails changed color after one day. I went in the second day after service and asked for them to fix it and they were really cold and defensive about why the color changed. I think customer service is really important and I left with a bad taste I'm my mouth upon leaving. There are sooo many mail salons around that I would rather take money somewhere else:(
