  • I had a great experience at this Mr. Lube today. I waited maybe 10 minutes in line and when I got into the loading dock they informed me I would get the 'superstar' treatment as I was the only car in the bay. Andrew introduced his crew and they quickly filled my tires and fluid levels. Andrew then informed me that my oil (which I had come to get changed) looked great and that I could go about another 1000km before changing it. I'm a student who doesn't always have a ton of cash to spare for my car and this kindness meant a lot to me. So while you didn't get my business today you definitely made sure I'll come back to Mr. Lube for all my car needs. Thanks for the great customer service :)
