Horrible customer service!!!! Stopped by for an appraisal. No surprise that their offer was lower than KBB & NADA estimates. Jamaur seemed disgusted that I wasn't happy with the offer as he handed me my key, wished me a good day, and walked away w/o directing me to where my car was located. I was hoping to get help from the three gentlemen at the counter. One insisted that I hit the panic button, another told me to walk up and down the aisles to find it, while the other one ate his apple. I asked if they could page Jamaur but that was out of the question. Thank God Tony took a break from his apple and helped me find the car.
