  • This bubble tea place is alright. If I'm only going to order bubble tea, then I prefer Chatime or Bubble Republic over this place. However, dining here is better than Chatime and BR because it's more spacious and has a lounge-type atmosphere. The food and desserts served here are better than BR's so I have to give them a plus for that. I tend to sample what my friends order (ex. takoyaki and rice dishes). What's inconsistent about this place is their customer service. Their service ranges from 0 to 100 (Drake reference lol). Sometimes it would be great and other days it would be extremely poor so I have no idea what's going on with their customer service. To be honest, I usually only go here because my friends like it and I just tag along. This place is not bad but it's not the greatest.
