  • I have been going to BEBC for 6 month's now and I absolutely love it! The first night that I started I could barely get through the warm-up, no joke! It is a very challenging workout and everyday it is different. I have gotten so much stronger in a short period of time. The coaches are all wonderful and really care and always make sure your form is correct and that you are doing the exercises correct. It's a ladies only workout and all the ladies are awesome! Everyone is encouraging and there are all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities, etc. so the coaches help tailor the workout for everyone there. Before I started training at BEBC my energy was low and I was completely out of shape. I now hike Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak regularly! I would recommend BEBC to anyone thinking of starting a workout or thinking of hiring a trainer. These guys are the real deal and will kick your butt into shape!!!
