  • This was my first appointment, and I was knocked out (meaning it far exceeded my expectations)! These days with good service at an all time low in healthcare -- not always provider's faults either -- the good practices really stand out. This is definitely one of them. My appointment was on time, and all support staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. The equipment was state-of-the-art and Dr. Shannon Steinhauser was extremely skillful, patient and cheerful while assessing my vision status and needs. I'm not an easy patient as I have a childhood history of lazy eye, eye surgeries and prisms, combined with the usual decline of vision with age (62). I will definitely stay on with Dr. Steinhauser for all future eye care. I haven't made glasses yet with them, so I cant speak to that aspect of their business but I am told they are also very good in this area.
