I love some of their clothes and shoes and always make a habit of stopping by every time I'm at the Fashion Show mall. But, it really sucks that every single time I walk in I'm looked at by the workers and never greeted. They look at me like with the look " I don't belong in here" type of look, which kind of prompts me to leave. I went in about 2 weeks ago looking for Christmas Presents and to check out the Kylie Pop Up shop but there was barely anything left. Yes I do know it's all in high demand so I wasn't really surprised, but it was so messy and dirty in there especially in that area. I actually found one thing that day for my daughter. I went and stood in line to try and buy it and stood there for about 15 min before someone acknowledged me and actually finally help me check out. There was one cashier open handling an issue/Return with someone but I saw about 6-7 employees look at me in my eyes and just walk on by. Some of them walking right to a register to do whatever knows what and just totally ignore me and walk away. It wasn't busy at all either, and I saw so many employees just standing around the store doing nothing when I was walking out. The same ones that never acknowledged me when I walked in. I highly suggest that you guys maybe sit down all together and seriously work on customer service (greeting customers when they walk in/looking out to see if there's anybody standing in line ready to check out vs just standing around fiddling your fingers/not making someone feel like they don't belong in the store etc) and treating customers more better, you know like you guys actually want them to spend money at your store. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon after my experiences. Hopefully you guys get it together.
