  • Avoid this practice at all costs! I would leave zero stars if I could. They do not answer their phone, they do not call back, they do not have a website or any other contact information except for the phone number-even on the patient portal. I called and canceled an appointment the day before and was charged a $50 "No Show" charge even though I canceled. They said it needed to be within 24 hours. I called 23 1/2 hours prior and was still charged. I also wasn't aware that their policy is to charge a fee for a canceled appointment. I tried to be courteous and gave as much notices possible. I have also requested numerous times to have the charge removed to no avail. I have always felt that there is a relationship of trust and respect between patients and their primary care provider. If this practice needs my $50 so badly, then I would be leery as to what else they may charge me for that is Unnecessary.
