  • I have lived at The Palms on Scottsdale for 3 years and rarely have maintenance issues. However, this morning when I woke up, my air conditioning was not working properly. Living in Arizona in the summertime, things like this are somewhat to be expected. When I contacted their maintenance emergency line at 6:30a.m., Brian Kramer (the maintenance supervisor) was there almost immediately. He not only took care of the problem but treated myself and my girlfriend with respect and explained everything thoroughly. He even showed us the faulty piece that was making the A/C unit not work properly. It's very comforting to know that when there is a problem, whether simple or complex, Brian truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his job. Thank you Brian!!!
