I hate this store. Customer service is crummy. Don't expect to spend less than 1.5 hours just waiting for someone to help you and they won't make appointments either.
I suggest doing everything you can online, or maybe there's another Verizon store that actually has decent customer service, I don't know. They really don't seem to care here. Why oh why did I decide to upgrade my service?! Is it too late to return my phone? Smh :-/
Unless absolutely necessary, avoid this store, their wait times, and their lack of giving a "darn" that you're spending money with their organization and expect face to face service every now and again.
