Pros:
-Pretty responsive Internet sales managers with great personalities
-Willingness to communicate via text
-I truly believe at least one or more people I dealt with were being honest with me.
-Competitive pricing on some models
-Willingness to stay late for customers
-Willingness to search for vehicles in other locations
-Team understood what I was looking for.
-No typical sales spiel about how great the vehicle is
-No pressure to purchase that day
Cons:
-What you see online is not what you get in terms of price.
-Limited inventory for vehicles I was seeking
-Use of typical hidden fees on the back end
I wouldn't recommend this dealership but it may be acceptable for some. If you go, just remember that people who are honest and straightforward don't have to tell you they are.
