  • Had a dead battery that wasn't under warranty through CarMax and they weren't available to swap it out, but they recommended Sun Devil Auto for a quick replacement. Matthew told me the repair guys stop at 5, and from where I was I wouldn't get there until 4:50 so I asked if I could make an appointment for tomorrow first thing. He told me "Naw come on in we'll get it swapped out for you. Don't want to risk you getting stranded out there." Just as I suspected I pulled in 10 minutes before the repair guys stop, but he took my keys, took down my info, and was out of there in under 30 minutes! And their batteries have a 5 year warranty! Thank you Matthew for getting me in at the last minute and taking care of me! Your location has my business from now on.
