  • I love this restaurant on two levels: 1 - I'm used to getting pho in Cupertino at the all-Vietnamese strip malls. Saigon Noodles would fit right in. They might not have two pages of pho combinations, but really, I don't think the clientele would go for some of the funky junk they put in there, anyway. It's all about the broth and they've got good broth. 2 - My dad goes here a LOT, like, the owner knows him by name. My dad is older than dirt, uses a walker and needs a lot of TLC. She gives it to him every time. He's treated with respect and care and for that, she gets 10 stars!
