  • Being averse to jewelry and jewelry stores in general, as a male (hope that's not sexist ha ha), I have to say my experience with Jillian at the Scottsdale Spence store was a breath of fresh air. My wife had earlier pointed out a necklace in passing that she liked, and I resolved to get it for her. Jillian was wonderful from the beginning, friendly, patient, and explained to me all the intricacies of my selection. I would have to say she is absolutely a wonderful person to represent Spence and I would definitely consider purchasing here again! Five stars all the way!
