  • Alamo and National should be ashamed of themselves. Arrived to pick up a rental car with skip the counter. We came out to find a long line after already seeing long lines inside waiting. There are no cars ready. Vegas heat while waiting in the rental car garage, I wish I could give this less than one star. There is no water or anything offered from staff while everyone waits. Poor service, very disappointed
