  • Called their emergency line for on-call person & no one responded until the next day and due to holiday wanted to charge $125 on top of my $100 to warranty company just to show up. Tech who called back was rude and unresponsive to a customer in despair in Phoenix with a broken A/C in the summer. I would never use this company! What's the point of having an on-call emergency line!!
