  • Two days after spending $700 for AC repairs, we left on a road trip and discovered that there was a valve leaking. This was a valve that AZ Air replaced, thus the nationwide warranty covered the repair, but it was challenging to find a repair location and the other shop wouldn't honor the warranty since the valve replacement hadn't been listed by AZ Auto Air on the receipt but listed in the description of repairs needed. We spent much time on the phone with the warranty company to alleviate this discrepancy. I wish they had notated all of the parts fixed on the receipt, as this is what the warranty company requires for coverage of repairs.
