  • -5 stars!!!...I went in to have my heater fixed and they wanted to charge me $600 plus for the repairs. So what I did is that I called Pep Boys and Auto Zone (which gave me way much better prices) and found that Ford was going to over charge me. I go pick up my truck and they come out with I owe them $124 for just telling me what I have, of course I had to pay them in order to get my truck back. After that I took it to Pep Boys were they will charge me $249...Damn Ford Country ripped me off, even though I have the Ford Owner Partnership and get discounts and fees waved ...Please call somewhere else first before taking your vehicle in to Ford Country they are way to expensive. Thank you
